Interview -Job interviews are very important not only for the employee but also for the employer. However time for interview is the most difficult period for job seekers. It always comes with nervousness and fear of the outcome.
That said, preparation is key for this to go on smoothly. If for instance you are planning to attend one, make sure you prepare and boost your confidence by doing enough research about the company you want to get employed with. This will save you early embarrassment because a question or two in this area will surface from somewhere in the panel.
Now this brings us to the three difficult questions mostly asked in all job interviews across the board.
Tell us about something that didn’t go well with you at your previous job? This question requires you to be gentle with the response. As you mention one bad thing, make sure to mention two or three good things also. Make sure you are as casual as possible while trying to point out the bad things in your previous organization.
Secondly, when asked about what made you to leave or why you want to change job, make sure you don’t mention anything negative. Good reasons only surround what you want in future; for example you are looking for a challenging atmosphere or want to progress your career next level.
If you start mentioning how bad the previous company is, what makes you think this one is better in the first place?
Last but not least, when asked why you want to join the organization, just remember to point out what you loved about the firm while doing their research and also remember to mention the great enthusiastic team you just saw around.
The interview panel would love to hear something to do with how you want to be part of their organization’s bright future and plans.
