News -Radio Maisha’s Nick Odhiambo has called it quits from the Mombasa Road based media house to join Hot 96 FM.
The heavy voiced radio presenter will be joining Jeff Koinange on Hot 96 morning show after Professor Hamo left a few months ago.
Initially, the 6-10AM show was being hosted by the duo of Jeff Koinange and Hamo before the latter was sacked at the height of his woes with wife Jemutai.
And on Tuesday, Nick finally parted ways with the Standard Group-owned Radio Maisha where he has been for four years. He made this exit announcement on Tuesday.
“Today’s my final RHUMBA show on air after 4years at @radiomaisha! Did I ever think i’d switch to Swahili radio? NOPE but the opportunity came and i took it. Transitioning back to English radio in a few days tupige sherehe leo buuuuuurrrdan is burrrdaaan #PapaNickYeboooo!” he updated.
While at Radio Maisha, Mr. Nick ran a show called Club Rhumba alongside Dj Darius and Dj Wax. Their show ran from 7PM to 10 PM – Monday to Friday.
