Office -President William Ruto has appointed Eliud Owalo back into the government a month after dismissing his Cabinet.
In a Gazette Notice dated Fruday 23, Ruto announced that the former ICT CS will be mandated with performance at the Chief of staff office.
“His Excellency, with the approval of the Public Service, appointed Mr. David Owalo as the deputy chief of staff performace and delivery management,” read in part of the Notice.
Also appointed is blogger Dennis Itumbi who Ruto has now appointed to the office the head of creative Economy and Special projects in the executive office of the president
