Scoop –Buckingham Palace has confirmed the death of Queen Elizabeth II, today.
Media reports indicated that the 96-year old Britain’s longest-serving Monarch had complications that saw her doctors pull her out of a recent special virtual meeting.
The said doctors had expressed their reservations on her health condition. This is according to the Buckingham Palace reports which also added that the monarch has died at Scottish residence of Balmoral Castle.
“Following further evaluation this morning, The Queen’s doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health and have recommended she remain under medical supervision.
“The Queen remains comfortable and at Balmoral,” read the statement in part before her death leading to the cancellation of her kin who had planned to pay her a visit.
The royal family members who had planned to also check on her over the condition include Prince Charles and his wife, Duchess of Cornwall, Duke of York among others.
